About Us

NWDAS was established in 1960 with one lake and over 120 members at its peak and a waiting list.
Since then we have reduced numbers slightly and managed to acquire another two waters. with lakes covering both carp and coarse fishing we are always welcoming well behaved new members.

We try to keep work parties to a minimum but obviously work has to be done.

We have a very dedicated team who work hard all year doing bits and pieces around the lakes most of which goes unnoticed. Notice of any bigger work parties will be put on the website and Facebook pages and members who fancy giving us are hand are always welcome as are ideas for the lakes.
